Seed to Plate - Film on Rooftop Ag

The rooftop food garden in Portland, OR is the topic of this short film, one of the finalists in Amstel Light's One Dam Good Town Contest. A description of the film by Riley Hooper, via the site: "Portland, Oregon--home to bike riding, book reading, flannel wearing, farmer's market shopping, local coffee drinking, forward-thinking, eco-conscious citizens. The folks at Noble Rot are just an example of the many Portlanders who are taking a different approach in order to preserve the beautiful place they call home--their city and also the Earth. This unique edible rooftop garden is sowing seeds of sustainability by reaping the ecological benefits of reclaiming green spaces in urban areas and a harvest of fresh food right where it’s needed."
